Slight Time Change!

First off I'd like to thank everyone who came along last night, got some good numbers in and the dancefloor was quite full most of the night :D

Appologies to those of you still in the club at 2am, it turns out that Legends closed at 2am last night instead of the the usual 3am due to some licensing law or another, sorry for the short notice but I didnt find out until, well, 2am as well.....

I am assured this is a temporary measure, but if I actually get any warning I'll let you know.

****Friday 27th, FTR will not start until around 10:30 due to American Head Charge playing in the main room.  Doors will be open for regular punters at 10:30 and we'll try to kick off as close to that as possible.****

Thanks.

Ok, you can all stop griping now; I'm (a) off my holidays and (b) caught up with the ridiculous backlog at work that's left me hating the sight of a PC for the past week :)

Three, yes three galleries up for your enjoyment - I managed to get a handful of pics from robots 038 when I forgot my battery ;)

Remember - if you have any FTR pics you want to share, just drop me a Private Message on the site or send me an Email.

Take the battery out of the charger and put it into the camera before you set off out for FTR...

Apologies to people tarted up in their finery hoping to be immortalised on the Internet; normal service will be resumed in a fortnight :)

Sorry about the confusion, I got a call from Richard last night and FTR WILL be on this Friday, turns out Peachy and Carter assumed we would still be on and are not available to run the Bunker so FTR will be on as per normal timetable.

I apologise for all the confusion and look forward to seing you all on Friday as originally planned :)

What an excellent night it was last FtR, wouldn't it be dreadfull if one had to travel over 300 miles to get to something so good?

As many of you already know I'm leaving Newcastle to live in the accursed pit called London this Wednesday.  I would like to thank everybody (new and old) who have supported FtR over the past few years contributing to the SPECTACULAR revival of Newcastle scene embodied in the Robot-Fighting we are treated to every fortnight.  You all rock in that unique way that involves no rock whatsoever.

It's saddening to have to let go of something I am incredibly attatched to, but hey, at leat I never have to play 'Wayne G - Twisted' for you predictable bastards EVER AGAIN!

I leave you in the more than capable hands of the remaining Robots DJ force and will be back for the dancin-dancin-dancin at irregualr intervals.

Take care of yourselves.

DJ Aidan

Print is the new Digital!

If you have a nosey around any of the galleries on the first page of the [Visual] section and click a photo, you'll see the option to [process this photo with Fotoserve] at the top-left of the page- Clickety-click and you'll be whisked away to the Fotoserve website, where you can choose what size/number you want printing (I think the FTR gallery pics will print off ok at 8x6 or smaller, but any bigger and you might get a pixelly looking print, so don't waste your money or complain to me - pays your money, takes your chance)

You can go back and forth between Fotoserve and the Gallery with the browser back button to add more pics to one order, so go crazy and get your creepy stalker-wells filled up with photos of your objéts of lust ;)

20p a pic and about a quid for shipping? Can't complain.

If anyone desperatley wants an earlier gallery enabling for print ordering, PM which one and I'll switch it over.

Technical Problems fixed!

Hurrah... PCs have the nasty habit of dying just when you need them; cue one rebuilt machine and a fortnight hunting for replacement Photo software. All fixed now, so the photos for FTR_028 and FTR_029 are all up for your enjoyment.

See you in a couple of weeks for #30 :)

How's it going? Fantastic - we're good here too, thanks. Just keeping you all ticking over until our next campaign, on the 3rd of June, and reminding people that they should head in the direction of Lab4 at Legends on Sunday Night in order that their lust for shiny is sated. If you can't be arsed with Lab4, then definitely go and see Neurophoria with your eyes.

Last Robots was a good'un, as usual (if it ain't broke, don't fix it), and never forget that when something pant-wettingly crucial happens, you'll read about it here first.
